Once we got the size dialed in, they are awesome shoes! They look fantastic, and I have received many compliments on them. They fit my fat foot perfectly, are comfortable. They fit so perfectly, and are so comfortable, that they have become a favorite shoe!I note that the fit is so exacting for me, that I need to use a good quality shoehorn to put them on in the morning.The only reason that the rating is 4 instead of 5 is their return/shipping policy. They will only exchange 1 time, then you pay shipping. If you return, they deduct shipping from the refund. I did wind up exchanging them once, to go from 4W to 4EEEE, and the one exchange was free.
