Unlike most climbing shoes, size these up! I usually wear Scarpa Origns size 9 or Butora Endeavors size 10 (street size 10 sneakers, 10.5 boots). But the Narsha sizing is odd. I first tried the Narsha narrow size 10.5, couldn't physically fit my foot inside, hard as I tried (even broke a sweat attempting). Sized up to 11.5 and changed to Wide fit, and love them! So snug! For climbing, they have a great toe-ing edge, and the heel is extremely tight. Unlike other aggressive shoes I've tried, the tight heel doesn't hurt! Even while climbing, it's just a snug, natural fit (if sized correctly).Butora has impressed me for years, and even though the sizing for these is confusing, they're perfect for my next era of climbing adventures. Hope this helps, and you find the right gear for you! Climb on!
