Received 96 individually wrapped 500 sheet rolls. Standard TP; no bells & whistles. If you're still shopping for ultra thick softness with the shortage due to the pandemic... GOOD LUCK! At $50 .. This is the best economical buy. Can’t complain when there’s a shortage of paper Products. The product suits me fine but most of the ladies say it’s a little bit too campers like tissue. It works, it's the least expensive and 'softest' recycled I've found so far. Don't misunderstand though this is not soft like the big brands that advertise as such, this is commercial grade and if you're good with that then this is the paper for you. Oddly we like it a bit rough over here seems to do a better job for some reason. We have two people in our household both of us use a decent amount of paper and this last case lasted just a couple of weeks shy of a year. The paper is soft enough, not like Charmin, but okay. My complaint is that there is no starting flap to open the roll. The roll is completely sealed so I have to slide a knife at the sealed seam and cut it open, which usually results in wasted paper. I. too, bought this brand based on what was offered in a restaurant. Wondering if there is another number which has a starting flap for easy opening. Will not buy again as there is nothing special about the paper, and the unsealing is a big nuisance.Ignore the dumb reviews about only getting one roll. All those reviews should be deleted. You get 96 double-ply rolls of 500 sheets, this is a lot more paper for less than any store, even Costco or Sam's, and Tork is very strong and comfortable recycled toilet paper. I first tried it when visiting a relative at a nursing home and looked it up on a whim at Amazon. I got a big box for about $54 w/ tax & free shipping and would gladly buy it again as I prefer it to all other store paper I have tried. The 96 rolls lasted a family of three over six months after giving away many rolls to relatives. As an individual, they'd probably last 18-24 months.I'm extremely picky about my toilet ? paper. Extremely picky. I fell in love with this brand about a year ago. It's a no fuss, no muss toilet paper. It's not pretty. It's not fluffy. It's not going to give you an infection (women) from excessive lint. It's not sandpaper. You won't poke a hole through it while using it.I will probably never purchase another brand. I have and they all suck compared to Tork.Great price, false advertisement, states you get 96 rolls, my order came today only got 84 rolls for the price 96 rolls, please count your rolls people.Only 500 sheets
