Some years ago I searched the web to find who made the sunglasses Cary Grant wore in the movie. Some speculated they were an obsolete Persol model. I forgot all about this for a few years until another google brought up Oliver Peoples. They are authentic according to the copy which states the agreement with the CG estate. These glasses as sold by The Optique represent a great value. I do have concerns about the durability of the glass lenses but the styling is great. I recommend buying the large size.
