The main problem with a camera like this is that without an LCD screen or viewfinder port like a regular camera, you can't see exactly where the camera is looking nor can you make any adjustments for lighting or to adjust whether the focal point out are aiming for is blurry or not. You just turn it on and hope for the best. Camera has built in software that tries to automatically adjust but it is very basic. I bought this to try to record myself working on art things hands-free, but the camera sits too high to capture that sort of thing naturally, plus the video quality is pretty poor. And at one point the camera turned off but I wasn't aware so I kept going for a while, it doesn't beep or vibrate when it stops recording and you can't see the red light while you are wearing them.I gave two stars because 1) it worked fine out of the box, I saw other reviews mentioning that you need to adjust the settings file to turn on the sound but my model the sound was already on nor did the settings file offer an option to turn sound off 2) it connected with my Windows desktop no problem, so both positive aspects of the camera deserve credit. Also it's not very heavy, which was alright. If you just need to record something hands free and you don't care much about the quality, this is the camera for you. Otherwise, save your money for something better.
