I had these delivered yesterday and returned them today. I was looking for the Synchron 2021 model, which I thought these were. Unfortunately while close, they are not the same fit and so I returned them the next day. These are the Synchron 1.5, which was not noted in the description. It would be helpful if this information was shared instead of having to go to other websites to figure it out. The return process was flawless, and I'm thankful for that.I'm not a runner but I do walk trails used by runners. The shoes handle gravel, packed dirt, and asphalt okay. I did run up a couple of short hills and there is a positive difference. Those are the positives.The negatives. In recent years I've been wearing shoes a half size larger and that's how I ordered these shoes. They're narrow and the length feels a half size smaller. After a couple miles on a trail, my feet felt fatiqued.If I were to wear these shoes everyday, they might be broken in, but I wasn't expecting a breaking in period with these shoes.Pros:- Excellent quality. I’m my opinion, these are better than all the big name brands in quality of materials and build.- The side walls of these sneakers are easier to wipe clean.Cons:- The elaborate lacing at the bottom front dust help my foot in any way so I re-laced them in the normal manner.- Be aware that these are a half-size too small. Running shoes need some room beyond the big-toe.
