Looks to have been cycled through one or more other customers. No marks on bottom of soles but the overall appearance is a used product. Poor quality for ECCO. (This is the low end of ECCO shoes. If taken care of with leather cleaning , these shoes can last many years. I’ve since purchased two of the exact same shoe waiting to be used when my current pair is ready to be retired. I’ve even purchased a few blue pairs and one black pair. These are my favorite and most comfortable dress shoes in my closet. These get my TOP choice recommendation above all my dress shoes.Original Review: I’ve finally found a dress shoe I can wear daily without experiencing pain at the end of the day. I will be ordering a second set to be used later when I wear this pair at. Ecco has become a shoe brand that I can count on for quality. If it helps, my shoe size is an 11.5, but the 12-12.5 fit me perfectly.I've been wearing Ecco shoes for about 20 years because of severe lower back issues. They were the only shoes that didn't hurt by back when standing for long periods. I'm sure they're are others now, but I'm sticking with these. This iteration is comfortable and seems true to size. There is a little more room in the toe that I'm used to, but by no means would I consider them too big.I’ve had in my time a pair of Ecco Weimar black lace dress shoes, Ecco Cairo brown slip on dress shoes, Ecco Cairo black leather chelsea boots, Ecco Findlay brown suede chelsea boots and two pairs of Offroad sandals. All 43s and all supremely comfortable. These are slightly on the small side and make the top of my left foot ache unless I lace them too loose. In addition after about 10 wears the stitching is already fraying. Can’t see them lasting. Other Eccos have lasted years. I also got a pair of 44s, but these are a bit loose. Great design but not the usual Ecco experience.Somehow too tight and too loose at the same time. Have caused my partner's feet to be covered in blisters, and in a lot of pain. Thought I was buying shoes that will last but would have been better off just going to shoe zone and buying a crap £10 pair.Delivered within a day, then wore them the entire day. Light and comfortable, happy with the purchase. They are slightly narrower but not uncomfortable. My regular size is 11 but I had to return those and ordered the next higher size for a better fit.Update: after using for over a month, I am upgrading this to 5 star. Very comfortable!I routinely buy Ecco shoes. They last and last. These I expect to be the same. My only quibble is that these seem slightly deep and so I have to lace them as tight as they will go. I probably need to add an insole. It’s not worth deducting a star for.Wider fit needed and these shoes were fine. They look good as well
