I found these sunglasses in Sunglass Hut and I decided to buy them based on looks. When I got home, I found the price on Amazon was so much cheaper that I bought those as well. I planned to return the pair I bought at the Sunglass Hut and keep the pair from Amazon. So for a few days, I had both pairs (Amazon and Sunglass Hut) I could directly compare.First some clarification on the "Made In". I saw these sunglasses in several stores and they were all Made in China. I couldn't find a pair that was made in Italy in stores. I'm not sure when production switched, but it obviously did. Maybe it wasn't a great business decision, but I don't think it's worthy of a 1 star review. Unless it can be proven that these are knock offs, people should rate the product and not the country that it was made in.For a comparison between the 2 pairs, I only noticed one very small difference. On the right lens, there is a small RB etched into the glass. The etching was a little sloppy on the pair that came from Amazon. It's really splitting hairs, but the etching quality was clearly lower quality. You could only make out the R. Maybe that means that it was a defective item from Ray-Ban. Probably not. But I don't know their quality control process enough to find out. Other than that extremely small detail, there was no difference between the 2 pairs. As for the sunglasses themselves, I like the style. The polarized lenses are nice and they are well made. The catch with being very well made is that they are a little on the heavy side. But that's what you get when you have a metal frame and glass lenses.
