Looked at a lot of plastic and rubber options to cover a very surface scarred fish tank stand. Wanted to cover and hide top, keep it from getting wet, cushion the bottom of my tank and keep it stable on top (I'm in earthquake territory). This mat was the closest I found to the exact size I needed, completely covered the top I needed covered, protects it from further damage and moisture, and is incredibly tough. Substantial thickness. Good anti slip texture/ pattern. I would not hesitate to put this down as floor cover in a home gym. In fact I think I will. This is truly industrial grade material. Worth every penny.
