After 40 years of wearing a hairpiece, if you guess that I've seen it all, you'd be right. So I think I can speak with a fair degree of accuracy when I say that this company is at the very top of my list for persistence, drive and willingness to get a custom hairpiece right, no matter what it takes or how long it takes before that happens. The Internet is great, and it's made numerous people rich, but there's one thing the Internet lacks, and that is person to person in real time in real life.I used to go to a shop and get my hairpiece measured, made, installed and styled by a human being who was in the same room with me while it was being done.It was pretty certain, I'd get a hairpiece that fit right and checked all the boxes in my favor. There was also an excellent chance that I'd be pleased as I walked out the door because everything was as close to perfect as it could be right out of the starting gate. With the Internet, I'm working with someone I never see, never actually talk to, who lives in a different country than I do and speaks a different language than I do. I may as well be Helen Keller trying to explain the size and shape of my MPB to a gorilla in Africa. But I got lucky because this gorilla I accidentally happened upon about a year ago as I was strolling through the jungle, happened to be an assertive, determined, diligent and persistent craftsman who collaborated with me until we got the perfect custom hairpiece for my particular needs. It took us a while, but we finally got it right and now all I do is say when to start making a new one or two, and it's done and delivered. So you can get your hairpieces wherever you want to, but I'm going to be staying right where I am from this point forward.
