Cons:- They run large and are about 1/2 size bigger than normal. I normally wear a 9 1/2 in Nike free type shoes. I ordered a 9 and they fit great.- They run a bit narrow. I have narrow feet so they fit fine.Pros:- More support than Nike Free type running shoes (I realize that is not saying a lot).- They look great and can easily be worn with jeans to the office for casual day.- Great value for the price point, I bought 3 pair.
