The pad is the same design and shape as my old one, but it did not have Velcro on the bottom. Instead it had a strap that you had to put on the bottom of the chair. I needed a cushion that would not slide whenever I sat on my wheelchair. I love the cushion, so I immediately ordered some Velcro and put it on the bottom of the cushion in the same place as my old cushion. Now it is perfect.There is no Velcro so it sticks to my wheelchair thought it was disappointing
