I use this for holding big rolls of paper and plastic sheeting in my studio. It would also be great for wrapping paper or plastic foil for gift baskets at a wrapping station. The dispenser has a wide base for stability and the upright style I find fits nicely in a corner. The casters allow it to be easily rolled around the room to where it is needed, which is handy when I’m laying out plastic sheeting on tables to protect them. The casters can lock so that I don’t need anyone to hold the dispenser steady when pulling a sheet. The cutters work well and I like that they eliminate the need to carry around scissors or a knife. Assembly was fairly easy and the build quality feels good.
