I installed these upper control arms on my 2005 Ford Explorer because the original ball joints were going bad. I brought it in for an alignment and was told that it could not be done because "the customer did not install the cam bolts". There were none. In fact there is no way to use "cam bolts".I purchased and installed a set of camber/caster adjusters for this vehicle and brought the vehicle into a Ford dealer twice so far and they cannot get the camber/caster set right. The steering does not return correctly, it pulls to the right and wants to wander all over the road. I am bringing it in to a third technician next week, but have been told that it is most likely the control arms themselves that are out of tolerance, preventing a proper alignment. I am very disappointed, needless to say.Other than that, so far, the hubs seem to be doing well. We'll see how they hold up over the winter.
