Using a Vulcan omnipro 220. 75/25 argon/CO2 for gas. .030 wire size. The machine actually has a stainless mig setting which is the opposite polarity of normal carbon steel mig. I swapped the leads and once I got my settings right, it was seriously like any other mig weld I've done.It came in a bag instead of a box with some product number I'll have to look up. But I can say it was stainless because of the color of the welds. It looked like ss wire. Used it on my cheap headers that got a crack in the side possibly from burning antifreeze. I don't really know if they're stainless or just coated but I cleaned the area to weld up pretty good with a rotary tool. Put some solar flux on the backside and had no abnormal issues. Now for that random stainless project I have some sitting around.
