These shoes look awesome, But the seller is horrible, I have tried ordering the same shoes 3 times now because I like the style. All 3 times the shoes have been marked up and dirty, stains, soles of the shoe are dirty. Looks like they have been returned multiple times for same reasons. Shoes do NOT come in original box either. The seller will re box these shoes and try to resell them again. Do Not Buy from this seller. These boots look classy with some jeans, I use them for work but they have a sole of a shoe so know real break in time or blisters. I am planning on ordering some other colors.Fantastic shoe as Timberland does. Can be a little tight/slim, so keep that in mind while purchasing size-wise4th pair of Bradstreet line for me, super comfortable and light, they look great with anything.no shoelace...........Los zapatos están bonitos pero los ordene con los agujeros anaranjados y anaranjados de adentro y vinieron negros todoGreat boots, just as describedGreat product. Having owned these shoes for over a month, in which time I have worn them nearly every day, including som time travelling abroad, I feel I am in a good position to give a accurate review, since - to my mind at least - a shoes value only becomes apparent after an extended period of wear.Firstly, the shoes are, as with all timberlands I have ever owned/tried on, exceptionally comfortable. The Ortholite sole really does cushion your feet and really makes a difference when walking/standing for any lengthy period of time. I find it consistently difficult to find a pair of shoes which are comfortable after wearing for durations longer than 30mins, but since discovering this Ortholite, I have almost sworn never to buy anything else! Please note, I am not paid by timberland or Ortholite, with Ortholite being widely available from other brands. I merely wish to help others who have the same problems finding decent, comfortable shoes! In terms of size, being an American brand, there is the usual misalignment of sizes in the UK. If you have had timberlands before, sizing was predictable and consistent. I am usually a UK11-12 and with timberlands have to get a US13/UK12.5.The build quality seems reasonable. They, as usual, seem fairly well made, although they are not as high quality as previously purchased timberlands, which to my mind are the only brand I buy.The soles are a segmented design: the white upper sole is reasonably soft and designed to absorb impact, and the hard wearing black ‘panels’ designed to limit wear. At time of writing, there is no splitting or peeling of the seams between the shoe upper and the sole. I will come back to the soles later as these are the focus of my biggest gripe! The laces feel a bit cheap. Usually timberlands have a ‘string’ type lace, from my past experiences, but these are a ‘flat’ type. At first they felt very stiff and were difficult to lace up. They do soften and now they are fine: they don’t work loose and there is no fraying etc.All the stitching of the shoe seems decent. Triple stitched around the body of the shoe and I would be willing to wager they will last as long as any other timberland shoes I have had in the past.As previously mentioned, the biggest issue with these shoes is the noise! I am yet to crack the root cause of th noise, but I believe it is where the black ‘panels’ on the soles flex at different rates, causing them to quite audibly squeak every step. I do, absolutely, mean every single step. The only surface I have found which successfully mutes the squeaking is wet grass. I have yet to try anything to remedy this for fear of somehow worsening the squeak. The shoe upper can, on occasion develop a creak but this is far more intermittent.Overall, as I sit here in the barbers waiting to get my hair cut, I am pleased with the shoe. They are comfortable, stylish and not unreasonably priced for the quality. If you have had timberlands before, you will enjoy them as much as your last pair: brand consistency seems one of their strengths. Having said that, I would probably recommend the Cupsole Chukka boot over these. They are in my opinion, more comfortable, better looking and my last pair lasted over a year without significant wear.As a bootfitter by trade i'm skeptical of buying shoes online, these where pretty much as stated, medium to narrow last fit, the leather is untreated and if you wish to have long lasing footwear you may need to do the painful part of wax treatment.not everyone will do this because it may at first look like you screwed the nice finish but trust me its like a damp towel and all you need to do is heat cure it for 10 mins under a hair dryer.Recomend Nikwax products for this, you can use the nubuck bottle but you can also use the standard Polywax which if you heat and apply wet will sink in to the leather and leave it looking like a dark stain, apply this to the whole boot making it dark, drying this under heat will allow the wax to disperse and the natural color will come back.the leather will be darker than the factory color but it will be easier to clean and water repellant *not proof*this will make cleaning and rainfall easier to deal with.Disclaimer - Understand if you follow my tips please be understanding if you don't know how to treat leather i am not responsible for you ruining your new boots. Come sempre consegna Amazon rapidissima e senza intoppi. This is my second pair of these, due to the fact that I dripped hot fat on one of them (not the one pictured) and although they'll shrug off most things provided you've used some protection spray, they REALLY don't like hot fat 'cos it burns through the nubuck and leaves permanent scarring - c'est la vie, I'll be more careful with this pair..Thing is though, despite the fact that they're still Bradstreet chukkas, they've had a bit of a makeover, and I think I preferred the previous look. If you have a look at the accompanying image, you'll see that the stripe just above the sole used to be red, it's now dark brown (same goes for the 'tread' on the sole). The ankle padding looks the same in the pic, but it used to be a kinda ribbed nylon covering, now it's shiny brown leather (the colouring is identical though). Finally, the Timberland logo on the tongue used to be white as you can see, it's now set against a chocolate brown background. Now I've said I preferred the old version, but I really don't care that much because these are SO comfortable, flexible and above all, light, in fact they're lighter than any pair of trainers I've got and after the initial stiff 'newness' has worn off (a matter of hours) you could forget you've got 'em on.Oh, and they look great too.Recommended.
